1. Consumer-focused approach
We want you to understand how returns work before you open sealed dietary supplements. Because supplements are ingestible products, safety and hygiene rules limit when items can be returned. This Policy explains timelines, conditions, and how refunds are processed.
2. Eligible products and general window
Subject to the conditions below, you may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier for domestic United States shipments, or within the longer period required by the law of your state of residence if applicable. The return window is calculated from the day the carrier records delivery to the address you provided.
Customized items, final sale items clearly marked at checkout, or products excluded by law may not be eligible. If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, different rules apply as described in Section 6.
3. Condition requirements for dietary supplements
For safety reasons, sealed dietary supplements in unused condition may be eligible for return within the window if:
- The tamper-evident seal is fully intact and the product has not been opened.
- The product is in original packaging with labels readable and batch information visible.
- You include a return authorization reference we provide after you contact us.
Opened dietary supplements generally cannot be returned except where required by law or where we confirm a defect or shipping error. This policy aligns with common industry practice for ingestible goods.
4. How to start a return

- Your full name and the email address used for the order.
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- A brief description of the reason for the return.

We will respond with instructions and a return authorization if your request meets this Policy. Do not ship items without authorization; unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
5. Shipping costs for returns
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product we confirm, you are responsible for return shipping costs and for using a trackable service. We recommend retaining proof of shipment until the return is completed. If we provide a prepaid label due to our mistake, use only that label to avoid fee disputes.
6. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Restocking and service fees
We do not charge a separate restocking fee for eligible sealed returns that meet this Policy. 10. International orders
If we expand shipping outside the United States, additional customs and return routing rules may apply. Unless stated at checkout, this Policy assumes domestic U.S. delivery addresses.
